About Me
I am a former finance executive, most recently with a large FORTUNE 5 tech company in Vancouver, Canada. I hold a B.A, Economics and Accounting as well as an MBA. Over the years I have interviewed dozens of candidates and built successful teams.

I have always focused on talent development. Enabling others: my employees, my peers and the executives I've worked with, reach their full potential was what made me "tick".
I've spent much of my corporate career further developing the people who were successful in jumping through the hiring and promotion hoops.
When I decided to pursue my passion full-time it was time to focus on the candidates who are talented in their own fields but whose Achilles' heel might be: personal branding, marketing themselves effectively to potential employers and interviewing confidently.

I now help candidates from all professional fields and job levels, from entry-level roles to executives and doctors, increase their confidence and effectively showcase their value to employers.
My services range from 1-on-1 job search mentoring, resume & LinkedIn Profile diagnostics (review, optimize and edit), to fully customized interview preparation coaching. I also offer single and multi-session workshops.
